Christmas Gingerbread Man

How cute is this little gingerbread man i just love him. But on the other hand the background stamp did not jump out at me  from the new Winter cataloque I only got it because I need it for a team project but then once i got it and started to play with it I am in Love with it you can do so much with it you can buy it as a bundle and the die cuts out every image so you can make lots of tags and card topper in one go.

fullsizeoutput_1fd1I made this card on a 5″x7″ card base.

The Real Red base layer is cut to 6 1/2″ x 4 1/2″

Crumb cake layer is 6 1/4 x 4 1/4 i then stamped the background image in vermark and added white embossing powder.

The Gingerbread man was stamped onto crumb cake card in vermark and then i had clear embossing powder then i punched him out and add the red bow tie.

I punched the Real Red circle i used the starburst punch but you could used the 2″ circle one.

The band is cut from a 6 1/2′ x 1 1/4′ real red card stock and a 6 1/2″ x 1′ crumb cake cards stock I then stamped merry christmas in real red ink.

I stuck everything down flat apart from the Gingerbread man which I raised up with foam pads .
