As promised a couple of day ago here is the 2 pen holder have gone for a rainbow look this time, again this is super easy to make and would make great christmas gifts.
For this project you will need six 8″ x 8″ squares of cardstock and six 3 3/4″ x 2″ you will also need a small square of card to make the base.
score the card at 2″, 4″and 6″ on both sides.
Score and burnish the 4 corner and fold in.
Fold in the top and botton fold line and burnish.
Turn over and fold and Burnish the sides in.
I then cut wedges in to one side before placing the smal 3 3/4″ x 2″ in theside of the folded card, you do not have to wedge i found it layed better .
Push the side with the blue card into the other side to form the tringle shape. you need to make 5 more.
Glue them together and and glue on the bottom and place on some cardstock to make the base when dry cut round.
Thanks for popping by.
Back to playing with ink again for this card. I am very pleased with the way it has turn out the tree stamp is just so detailed.I have used a 7″ x 5″ card base and cut a panel 2 1/2″ x 7″ which I inked and stamped the tree I then added the linen tread and then mounted it on the card base before stamping the sentiment.
I have made this a thank you card but could be used for any occasion.

Wow its the 1st October and i am now in full swing christmas project making mode cant belive another month a sliped buy where has this year gone.
Today project is taken from a Pootler’s team retreat make and take but i have add my take to it. I am always looking for Gift Card holder this time of the year and thought this would make a good one .
The front is made with the envelope punch board.
Here’s how i made it.
I cut a peice of dsp ato 7 3/4″ x 7 4/3″ and punched it at 4 1/2″ I then turn the paper and line up the score line and punched and score again i did this on all 4 sides.
i fold the top down and stuck it down then i folden in the sides and stick then down that the front of the card made. Next i cut cardstock down to 3.7/8″ x 5 3/4″ and a whisper white peice down to 3 5/8″ x 5 1/2″ I then used the beautiful stamp set Peaceful Noel to add the sentiment and the pretty board. i puched circle tab out in the cardstock and added 3/4″ whisper white circle to the front and add the holly leafs stamp.i then mat and layered them together. the pocket is cut to 5 3/4″ x 2′ i stuck this down with tape. this is now ready to be placed in the envelope.
The base card at the back was cut at 8 1/4″ x 5 7/8″ and scored at 4 1/4″ i add some stampin and a sentiment and then stuck this to the back of the gidt card holder.
To finish of the card i added a belly band this was cut at 81/4″ x 2″ i wraped it round and punched to holes and added ribbon.
